Sunday, July 6th, the youth of The Church at Braden River set off for the biggest Destination Unknown ever!

We knew where we were going, but we had no clue what we would ultimately be doing or where we would be doing it.  After a pre-trip visit and numerous phone calls, all we knew for sure is that there would be work to do.

Monday morning our adventure began with a 25 minute drive over to Mt Hebron Baptist church where we found an amazing group of people who were building a huge multi-purpose room with kitchen and shower facilities.  They had been praying for this opportunity for over ten years and God was doing incredible things.

On the first day, the pastor, Jackie Williams, recounted miraculous event of event as God made the impossible possible for this faithful group.  The list of donated materials and labor went on and on from a comletely free slab to trusses for material costs only ($40.00 for a 30 foot truss) and unending donated labor (like us)!
