How can we serve you?

No Donation     No Sales Pitch     No Kidding

On the 4 Saturdays before Easter, we were out in the community having a blast serving people. 

A typical scenario runs like this:

· Explain that we are the “church down the street” and we are here to serve them.

· Ask if we can rake leaves or pull weeds.

· Explain that we don’t accept donations and we don’t have any expectation. 

· We just want to “Save them time to invest in their family.”

· Apply a cold compress to the foreheads of those who have fainted.

· Pull weeds, rake leaves, etc.

· Knock on the door, tell them we are finished and thank them for the opportunity to serve.

Serving our community in the name of Christ is meaningful.  Working together is fun.

Watching the reactions is priceless.
